Feline urinary catheter

The PA series feline urinary catheters are available in three types: end-opening without guidewire, end-opening with guidewire, and dual-side opening with guidewire. These catheters, composed of a tube, valve, and guidewire, are primarily used for urinary catheterization in pets. The PA catheters are made from medical-grade polyamide (PA) material, known for its low friction. PEBAX catheters, made from nylon elastomer, offer superior flexibility and resistance to kinking compared to polyethylene (PE), with excellent biocompatibility and minimal urethral irritation.

Open end design for clearing urethral obstructions.
Advanced chamfering process smooths the catheter end to minimize urethral discomfort and pain during procedures.
Designed for smoother insertion when used with a lubricant.
Luer connector with a rotating suture ring for easier suturing.
Individually sterilized packaging using ethylene oxide, with a sterilization validity of up to 3 years.

Features of PEBAX Series Cat Catheter

Closed end with side holes, designed for urine retention relief, bladder lavage, medication administration, and urine sample collection.
Advanced tip sealing and hole-punching techniques ensure a smooth, rounded end and burr-free openings, minimizing urethral discomfort and reducing pain during procedures for the cat.
