We are able to manufacture various types of suture needles, including gold and black needles, with a precise 1:1 needle-to-thread ratio to ensure optimal use by surgeons. Our surgical needles are produced using laser heat treatment and laser modification technologies, improving the material properties of the needle tips. This new method significantly enhances the sharpness and durability of the needles, making them less prone to breaking compared to traditional techniques. Additionally, we have addressed the challenge of micro-needle drilling. By utilizing ultrafast pulse laser spiral processing technology, we achieve precise and high-quality blind hole drilling with a needle tip aperture as small as 0.2mm. All of our medical devices are legally registered in the countries where they are sold, complying with local health regulations and standards.
